The referral program is only valid for new and first time customers. By referring individuals you agree to the following conditions: The person you referred must subscribe to a qualifying plan, (qualifying plans include My Expanded Area, My Regional, and My America - new customer must subscribe to all calling aspects of plan including local, regional, and long distance). The referral check will be mailed after payment is made by the new customer following his / her first complete billing cycle.

To qualify, both you and the person you referred must be customers in good standing and the person referred must remain a customer for 1 billing cycle and make payment.
